Commercial Insurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Insurance Account Manager to join our Commercial Insurance team at BrokerLink Insurance. As an Insurance Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial insurance clients, developing and maintaining strong relationships with them, and providing expert advice on their insurance needs.
Key Responsibilities- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial insurance clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored insurance solutions.
- Insurance Solutions: Provide expert advice on insurance products and services to clients, ensuring they have the right coverage for their business needs.
- Account Management: Manage a portfolio of commercial insurance clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met and their policies are up-to-date.
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to grow our commercial insurance business.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders, ensuring clear and concise communication of insurance solutions and policies.
- Professional Qualifications: RIBO/AIC Level 1 and 2, or equivalent.
- Industry Experience: 5-7+ years of experience in the insurance industry, with a focus on commercial insurance.
- Education: Post-secondary education or equivalent.
- Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong organizational and time management skills.
