City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven B2B Sales Executive to join our team in Toronto. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential clients, initiating the sales process, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:- Prospect and qualify potential clients through cold-calling and field walk-ins
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of client needs and preferences
- Closing sales by building rapport with potential accounts, explaining service capabilities, and preparing contracts
- Conduct a minimum of 20 hours of prospecting each week
- Utilize and manage CRM systems to maintain customer information and track sales performance
- 3+ years of outside B2B sales experience, with a preference for recent experience in outside sales
- Demonstrated track record of success, with a minimum of 2 full calendar years of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Strong skill set for prospecting and developing a territory
- Proficiency in CRM systems, including data entry and organization of sales data
- Prior sales training certificate, such as Sandler or President's Club, is preferred
