About the Role

Nahanni Construction Ltd. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at our Head Office in Yellowknife, NT.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to various office functions, working closely with our head office departments to assist with tasks such as filing, data entry, and answering phones.

• Assist all management and other administrative staff with their daily tasks and responsibilities.

• Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements for company personnel.

• Perform general clerical duties, including but not limited to:

  • Filing and scanning documents
  • Data entry and record-keeping
  • Answering phones and redirecting calls
  • Maintaining office supply inventory
  • Handling courier services
  • Performing other duties as needed to support the office

Requirements

• High school diploma required

• Highly organized and attentive to detail

• Experience working as an Administrator is preferred

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)

• SharePoint experience is an asset

• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities

• Comfortable working under pressure and tight deadlines

• Excellent oral and written communication skills
