Restaurant Assistant Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a key member of our restaurant team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to ensure accurate financial records.
- Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews to evaluate team members' performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure efficient stock management and minimize waste.
- Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment for employees and customers.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficient and effective restaurant management.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a restaurant or related environment.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
