Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the HR department, including arranging seminars, conferences, and other events.
  • Coordination: Coordinate the activities of the HR department to ensure that they meet the organization's goals.
  • Communication: Coordinate the flow of information within the team and direct staff as needed.
  • Record Keeping: Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences.
  • Office Procedures: Determine and establish office procedures and routines.
  • Payroll Administration: Oversee payroll administration and work with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field.
  • Employee Relations: Evaluate work environments, programs, and procedures to control, eliminate, and prevent disease or injury.
  • Project Management: Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
