Key Responsibilities- Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Delegate work to office support staff to optimize productivity
- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
- Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
- Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience or equivalent experience
- Fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail
- Work Term: Permanent
- Work Language: English
- Hours: 40 hours per week
