Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Dairy Queen. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Budgeting and Financial Management

Analyze and manage the restaurant's budget to optimize profits, develop and implement cost-saving strategies, and ensure accurate financial reporting.

Staff Management

Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of staff members, including hiring, scheduling, and performance management.

Inventory Management

Oversee the ordering, storage, and inventory management of food, beverages, and supplies to minimize waste and ensure optimal stock levels.

Customer Service

Ensure exceptional customer service by training staff to provide prompt, friendly, and attentive service, and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Marketing and Sales

Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales growth, including promotions, advertising, and social media engagement.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a restaurant management role

Skills

Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in basic math and financial management.
