Strategic Growth Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Director to join our team at KASTNER AUCTIONS. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and ensuring the smooth operation of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Resource Allocation: Allocate financial, human, and material resources to implement organizational policies and programs, ensuring maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
- Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions, aligning with our business objectives.
- Regional Coordination: Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments, fostering collaboration and driving results.
- Strategic Planning: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs, ensuring alignment with our mission and vision.
- Representation: Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions, promoting our interests and values.
- Leadership Development: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, delegate necessary authority, and create optimum working conditions, empowering our team to succeed.
- Financial and Administrative Controls: Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate and approve promotional campaigns, and approve overall human resources planning, ensuring the integrity and efficiency of our operations.
- Team Size: Supervise a team of more than 20 people, with staff in various areas of responsibility.
- Leadership Style: Demonstrate strong leadership skills, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
- Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel, with a focus on business development and strategic growth.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering results under pressure, meeting tight deadlines, and maintaining attention to detail.
