Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team at KASTNER AUCTIONS. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our organization, ensuring that our business runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to drive business growth and success.
- Team Management: Supervise and manage a team of over 20 people, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the resources and tools needed to excel in their roles.
- Financial Management: Establish and maintain financial and administrative controls, ensuring that our organization's financial resources are used effectively and efficiently.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing and implementing strategies to drive growth and expansion.
- Communication: Represent our organization in negotiations and other official functions, ensuring that our interests are represented and our reputation is maintained.
- Experience: 5 years or more of experience in operations management or a related field.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Skills: Excellent oral communication, flexibility, organized, and team player.
We offer a hybrid work environment, with the option to work from home or in our office. Our work hours are 32 hours per week, and we are willing to relocate for the right candidate.
