Key Responsibilities- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
- Resource Allocation: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions to ensure effective resource utilization.
- Leadership and Management: Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments, and select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff to lead our teams.
- Financial Management: Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate and approve promotional campaigns, and approve overall human resources planning to ensure fiscal responsibility.
- Communication and Representation: Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions, and delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization as needed.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience: 5 years or more of experience in operations management or a related field.
- Work Setting: Willing to relocate for the right opportunity.
- Transportation/Travel: Willing to travel as needed.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and with tight deadlines.
- Personal Suitability: Excellent oral communication skills, flexibility, organization, and teamwork abilities.
- Workplace Information: Hybrid work arrangement, 32 hours per week, with a permanent work term and English as the primary work language.
