Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Five Star Staffing. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to our staff, including answering phones, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and appointments.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Develop and implement efficient office procedures and systems.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients and staff.
  • Assist with special projects and events as needed.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 30-40 hour workweek. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
