About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Amioun Holdings Limited. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our restaurant, ensuring seamless execution of our business strategy, and driving growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Development and Implementation

Develop and implement menus that meet the tastes and preferences of our customers, while ensuring profitability and consistency with our brand standards.

Staff Management and Training

Lead and manage a team of servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.

Inventory Management and Cost Control

Oversee inventory management, including ordering and receiving supplies, to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize waste.

Customer Service and Relations

Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, responding to feedback and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Marketing and Promotions

Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and implement promotional campaigns that drive sales and increase brand awareness.

Financial Management

Manage restaurant finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, to ensure profitability and compliance with company policies.

Requirements
  • Education

Candidate must have a college or CEGEP diploma.

Experience

Candidate must have at least 1 year of experience in a restaurant management role.

Supervisory Experience

Candidate must have experience supervising a team of at least 20 people.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities

Candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and perform repetitive tasks.

Personal Suitability

Candidate must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be accurate, client-focused, dependable, efficient, flexible, organized, reliable, and a team player.

Work Environment

The successful candidate will work 40 hours per week in a permanent position, with a work language of English.
