The Opportunity
Service Operations Manager Role Overview
At Next Level Group, we seek a seasoned professional to lead our Service Operations team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and driving business growth.
As Service Operations Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our service department, providing expert leadership and guidance to our team members. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Strategic planning and execution to meet departmental goals
- Coaching and mentoring team members to improve performance and productivity
- Developing and implementing processes to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Overseeing the daily operations of the parts department, ensuring proper staffing and inventory management
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A strong background in service operations, with a minimum of 5+ years of related experience
- Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements
- A valid driver's license and willingness to travel occasionally
