About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Professional to join our team at Browns Social House Langford. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
    • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and organization.
  • Team Leadership
    • Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food to maintain consistency and quality.
    • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure efficient workflow and productivity.
  • Inventory and Record Management
    • Maintain accurate inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment to optimize resource allocation.
  • Cleanliness and Organization
    • Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
    • Organize buffets and banquets to ensure timely and efficient service.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required, but relevant experience is essential.
  • Language and Work Environment
    • Fluency in English is required, and the ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment is essential.
