About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Professional to join our team at Yash Raj Food & Bev Ltd. as a Kitchen Operations Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our kitchen, ensuring that all food is prepared and served to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Procurement: Requisition food and kitchen supplies from approved vendors to maintain inventory levels and ensure quality control.
  • Culinary Operations: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, adhering to our company's culinary standards and guidelines.
  • Quality Control: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Team Management: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring that inventory levels are optimized and waste is minimized.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required, but a strong passion for culinary arts and a willingness to learn are essential.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn on the job, with a focus on developing skills and expertise in kitchen operations.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and management.
  • Work Schedule: 30-40 hours per week, with flexibility to work varied shifts and weekends as needed.
