Cleanliness and Safety

Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and safety in the kitchen, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.

Staff Management

Recruit, train, and develop a team of skilled kitchen staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.

Experience

At least 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success in menu planning, culinary leadership, and inventory management.

Language

Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with staff and customers.

Work Hours

30 hours per week, with flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
