About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Professional to join our team at Royal Spice Indian Cuisine Ltd. as an Executive Chef. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for leading the culinary operations and ensuring the highest standards of quality and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution

Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the expectations of our discerning customers.

Culinary Leadership

Supervise and mentor a team of kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless kitchen operations.

Inventory Management

Oversee the management of kitchen inventory, including food, supplies, and equipment, to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.

Quality Control

Ensure that all dishes meet our high standards of quality, presentation, and taste.

Customer Service

Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer feedback and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role

Language

Fluency in English

Work Hours

30 hours per week
