We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Professional to join our team at Royal Spice Indian Cuisine Ltd. as an Executive Chef. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for leading the culinary operations and ensuring the highest standards of quality and service.
Key Responsibilities- Menu Planning and Execution
Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the expectations of our discerning customers.
Culinary LeadershipSupervise and mentor a team of kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
Inventory ManagementOversee the management of kitchen inventory, including food, supplies, and equipment, to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
Quality ControlEnsure that all dishes meet our high standards of quality, presentation, and taste.
Customer ServiceProvide exceptional customer service, responding to customer feedback and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements- Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role
LanguageFluency in English
