Market Expansion Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Company 1 - The Manufacturers Life Insurance Company. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion in the mortgage broker marketplace.
Key Responsibilities- Business Development - You will be expected to leverage your skills and expertise to drive business volume in the mortgage broker marketplace, utilizing the Manulife MPP brand and tools at your disposal.
- Operational Efficiency - This role requires strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities effectively.
- Internal and External Relationships - You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to build strong relationships and drive business growth.
- Strategic Direction - As a key member of our team, you will contribute to strategic planning and management of key accounts.
- College or University degree in a related field is required.
- Travel required within GTA/Toronto and across the country, with frequent travel to major cities.
- Prior sales experience in the financial services industry, ideally with familiarity in the mortgage or insurance industries.
- Knowledge of the mortgage market, mortgage sales, and mortgage broker roles.
- Successful completion of industry-related courses, such as LLQP, is preferred.
- Valid Driver's License.
