About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Officer to join our team at KDigitalLabs INC. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Business Strategies

Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and expansion, including market research, competitor analysis, and feasibility studies.

Market Research and Analysis

Conduct market research and analysis to identify business opportunities and trends, and provide recommendations to senior management.

Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners to drive business growth and expansion.

Team Leadership and Collaboration

Lead and manage a team of professionals to achieve business objectives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and expansion.

Administrative and Operational Tasks

Perform administrative and operational tasks, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, to ensure the smooth operation of the business.

Requirements
  • Education

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, marketing, or finance.

Experience

Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, marketing, or a related field.

Skills

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Technical Skills

Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and other relevant software applications.

Working Conditions
  • Work Schedule

40 hours per week, with flexibility to work additional hours as required.

Work Environment

Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a team of professionals.

Language

English is the primary language of communication, with the ability to work in other languages as required.
