Culinary Services Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated Culinary Services Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our food service establishment. This position requires a strong background in food management and the ability to lead a team effectively.
Qualifications- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 to 2 years in a supervisory role within the food service industry
- Food service establishment
- Coffee shop
- Restaurant
- Develop and implement strategies to meet work schedules
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff responsible for food preparation and portioning
- Provide training to staff on job responsibilities, sanitation, and safety protocols
- Ensure food quality and service standards are consistently met
- Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste
- Prepare and submit necessary reports
- Supervise a team of 5-10 individuals
- Oversee food service counter attendants and food preparers
- Fast-paced environment
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Combination of sitting, standing, and walking
- Extended periods of standing, bending, crouching, and kneeling
