Position Overview

As a Culinary Service Supervisor, you will play a vital role in overseeing the daily operations of our food service team. Your leadership will ensure that our guests receive exceptional service and high-quality meals.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years in a supervisory role or equivalent experience
Work Environment

This position is based in a restaurant setting, where you will manage a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff responsible for food preparation and portioning
  • Provide training to staff on job responsibilities, sanitation, and safety protocols
  • Ensure that food quality and service standards are consistently met
  • Prepare budget plans and cost estimates for operations
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste
  • Compile and submit operational reports
  • Possess a strong understanding of the culinary styles offered by the establishment
  • Create and manage work schedules for staff
Supervisory Responsibilities

You will oversee a team of:

  • 1 to 2 individuals
