Position Overview

The Culinary Service Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that both food quality and customer satisfaction are maintained at the highest standards.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years in a supervisory role within the food service industry.
Work Environment

This position is set in a fast-paced restaurant environment, requiring the ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff involved in food preparation and service.
  • Provide training to staff on job responsibilities, sanitation, and safety protocols.
  • Estimate the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation.
  • Ensure compliance with quality control standards for food and service.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste.
  • Prepare and submit detailed reports as required.
  • Establish and manage work schedules for staff.
Supervisory Responsibilities

The supervisor will oversee a team of 3-4 individuals, including food service counter attendants and food preparers.
