About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Brunel. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for generating prospecting leads for our prestige medical device organization within a defined territory of Ontario.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation: Identify and cultivate sales leads to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Sales Support: Collaborate with sales professionals to achieve territory sales objectives and provide regular updates on customer interactions, market changes, and competitive activity.
  • Communication: Maintain open and transparent communication with managers and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
  • Sales Performance: Meet or surpass established monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, demonstrating a strong ability to drive revenue growth.
  • Event Participation: Participate in workshops and trade shows to showcase our client's product lines and build relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Customer Service: Embody and uphold the ethos of delivering exceptional service every day, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor of Science degree is preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in selling capital equipment or B2B sales.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational abilities.
  • Proven track record of customer development and sales achievements.
  • Proficiency in building strong customer relationships and self-motivation.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Adequate physical requirements are essential for successfully performing the duties of this role.
