About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Business Manager to join our team at Ascensia Diabetes Care. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting our innovative diabetes care solutions and driving business growth in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve annual sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including internal medicine physicians, key GPs, family health teams, and diabetes nurse educators.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to identify new business opportunities and optimize sales performance.
  • Collaborate with regional teams to develop and execute business plans, analyze territory trends, and continuously identify new business opportunities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in science or business administration, or comparable experience.
  • 3+ years of proven healthcare or retail selling experience.
  • Self-motivated and high level of competencies in communication, interpersonal sensitivity, teamwork, tenacity, achievement orientation, efficiency, and planning.
  • Proficient in understanding key data and metrics and utilizing this information to improve business performance.
  • Proven track record of sales performance metrics.
