Business Development Manager - Northeast Ontario Territory
SPI Health and Safety is seeking a results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team in Northeast Ontario. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for implementing business development strategies, analyzing customer needs, and increasing market share.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business development strategies for the Northeast Ontario territory
- Analyze customer needs and set up action plans to meet their requirements
- Increase market share by offering our complete degree solution
- Strengthen the team's commitment to common goals
- Develop and maintain exemplary relationships with customers, partners, colleagues, and vendors
- Optimize customer profitability through various initiatives
- Develop strategies for new contracts and renewals
- Resolve OHS challenges of clients by proposing innovative solutions through a consultative approach
Requirements
- Entrepreneurial self-starter with a demonstrated track record of achieving sales goals
- Passion for excellence, strong desire to succeed, and commitment to personal and professional development
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with disciplined planning and execution abilities
- Strong computer skills and working knowledge of Salesforce and MS Office
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work in a self-starting autonomous environment from a home office setting
- Desire to grow as a leader within SPI
