Silver Hotel Group is seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to lead our Downtown Hotel Collection team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of negotiating and contracting new and repeat business through prospecting, sales calls, and networking. They will be responsible for generating business for our collection of hotels in downtown Toronto while achieving guest satisfaction and exceeding revenue goals.

The Sales Manager will serve as a leader within the Group team, enhancing departmental effectiveness and developing their skill set with a deeper understanding of all sales segments and revenue management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue growth and development for the Downtown Hotel Collection.
  • Solicit, negotiate, and close new and repeat business through various efforts to maximize revenue.
  • Participate in annual business planning, strategy, and tactical planning.
  • Submit weekly sales action plans to the Regional Sales Director.
  • Stay up-to-date on all service offerings, marketing programs, and property updates.
  • Respond to assigned leads and customer queries promptly and professionally.
