About the Role
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize market penetration.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including corporate accounts, event planners, travel agencies, and other stakeholders.
- Drive business development initiatives to expand our client base and revenue streams.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop compelling sales collateral, presentations, and proposals.
- Monitor sales performance against targets, analyze sales data, and generate regular reports for senior management.
- Lead contract negotiations with clients to secure profitable deals while ensuring alignment with company objectives and policies.
- Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure seamless execution of client requirements and deliver exceptional service.
About You
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales management within the hospitality industry, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong sales skill set with the ability to creatively strategize to meet goals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the hospitality industry, including market trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
