About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled OEM Dealer Development Manager to join our team at LGM Financial Services. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and enhancing product penetration across our OEM retailer network in Eastern Ontario.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cultivate strong relationships with OEM retailers to boost sales of OEM branded products.
  • Collaborate with the OEM field team to evaluate and improve retailer performance.
  • Implement performance management strategies to ensure retailers meet OEM penetration targets.
  • Facilitate performance and reward reporting to track progress and incentivize achievement.
  • Conduct regular visits to dealerships to sustain and elevate performance in existing business relationships.
  • Provide support to dealerships to enhance their overall profitability and operational efficiency.
  • Aid dealerships in improving productivity and performance across all aspects of their operations.
  • Support the implementation of mandatory OEM certification and training programs.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Effectiveness Group to conduct quarterly business reviews.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of automotive rep experience.
  • Experience traveling for work.
  • F&I experience preferred.
  • Ability to maturely manage ambiguity.
  • Demonstrated past performance in a challenging automotive sales environment.
  • Demonstrated track record of driving performance in an indirect sales structure.
  • Winning mindset on a team.
  • Proficient with MS Office suite of products.
