We are in search of a skilled individual to join our Communications team. As the Online Communications and Products Analyst, you will serve as the department's authority on digital platforms and social media. Your role will be to ensure that the Department of Education's online presence is precise, current, and effectively addresses the needs of the public. You will collaborate with a team of dedicated communications professionals to successfully promote the department's programs and services.

Essential Qualifications
  • Proven experience in leading the creation, publication, and ongoing management of content on organizational websites.
  • Experience in overseeing an organization's social media presence, including content review, updates, postings, and advertisement campaign coordination.
  • Experience in providing guidance and training to colleagues while maintaining standards and requirements.
  • Experience in delivering in-house graphic design services.
  • Familiarity with Drupal and SharePoint will be considered an asset.

Candidates with education, training, and/or experience equivalent to the essential qualifications listed above may also be considered.
