Our Customer Experience Associates are relationship-focused, engaging with customers in a meaningful manner. As a vital member of the Canadian Banking Branch Network, your primary objective is to deliver outstanding service throughout the customer's journey by:

  • Proactively identifying customer needs and actively listening to their requests.
  • Handling daily transactions efficiently.
  • Fostering strong, long-lasting relationships.
  • Contributing to the Branch's goals by recognizing and acting on straightforward sales opportunities.
  • Serving as a technology advocate, guiding clients through our mobile banking applications and assisting them in managing their banking needs effectively.
