About the Role

Landscovery Immigration Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and Confirm Appointments: Coordinate and schedule appointments with clients and internal teams, ensuring timely and efficient communication.
  • Send Invoices and Receive Payments: Process and send invoices to clients, and receive and process payments in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Perform Clerical Duties: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, file and sort documents, and distribute mail and packages as needed.
  • Answer Telephone and Relay Messages: Answer and respond to telephone calls, and relay messages to internal teams and clients as required.
  • Arrange Teleconferences: Coordinate and schedule teleconferences with clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication.
  • Calculate Billing Charges: Accurately calculate and process billing charges for clients, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing.
  • Monitor Mobile Radio or Telephone: Monitor and respond to mobile radio or telephone communications as required.
  • Provide Emergency Services: Provide emergency services and support to clients and internal teams as needed.
  • Perform Data Entry: Accurately and efficiently enter data into our systems, ensuring up-to-date and accurate records.
  • Provide Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients and internal teams, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
  • Perform Basic Bookkeeping Tasks: Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, including data entry and record-keeping.
  • Work Term and Hours: This is a permanent position, working 30-40 hours per week.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication, but proficiency in Sinhala and Tamil is an asset.
