Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Business Development Manager to join our team at Shape Process Automation Group. As a Regional Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the Eastern Canada region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Eastern Canada region, building relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and success.
  • Customer Management: Manage and maintain relationships with existing customers, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and resources needed to succeed.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity, identifying opportunities to differentiate ourselves and gain a competitive edge.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of success in business development and sales leadership.
  • Skills: Strong business acumen, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
