About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Manager to join our team at BlueSky Personnel Solutions. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, providing exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Support: Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Rapport Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and goals.
  • Business Development: Identify opportunities to grow our business with existing clients, developing and implementing strategies to increase revenue.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Generate reports and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, providing insights to clients and stakeholders.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot issues with clients, resolving problems and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements
  • Communication Skills: Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of account management experience.
  • Education: College and/or University Degree.
  • Customer Service: Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional service to clients.
  • Technical Skills: Superior working knowledge of MS Office, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong critical and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify trends.
