Property Management Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Rental Service Supervisor to join our team at CAPREIT. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our rental properties.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our rental service team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Operations Management: Establish and maintain work schedules, manage inventory, and prepare reports on sales volumes and personnel matters.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Staff Development: Hire, train, and develop the skills of our rental service team members.
- Administrative Tasks: Prepare purchase orders, manage accounts receivable, and maintain accurate records.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a rental service or property management role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and attention to detail.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with a focus on customer satisfaction.
