About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our restaurant team at Boston Pizza International Inc. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring the delivery of an exceptional Guest experience, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the restaurant team, overseeing both Front of House and Heart of House operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Develop and implement marketing, advertising, and public relations programs to attract Guests and drive business growth.
  • Manage budgets and operating costs, ensuring profitability and efficiency.
  • Build relationships with team members, Guests, and the local community, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and company initiatives, applying knowledge to drive business growth and improve operations.

Requirements

  • Proven leadership skills, with experience in managing teams and driving business growth.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with team members, Guests, and the local community.
  • Knowledge of computers, including MS Word, Excel, and Point of Sale systems.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
