Administrative Coordinator

**Key Responsibilities**
• Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence in a professional and timely manner. • Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and company events with attention to detail and a focus on efficiency. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems and company documents. • Prepare reports, presentations, and memos as needed, utilizing strong written and verbal communication skills. • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. • Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers to optimize our resources. • Provide support to the team by performing other office-related tasks as required, demonstrating a proactive and collaborative approach.
**Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise**
• Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role, with a strong track record of success. • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly. • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders. • Ability to multitask and prioritize workloads, managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with a focus on maintaining accuracy and efficiency. • High school diploma required; additional qualification as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary will be a plus.
