Position Overview

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Commercial Territory Manager , your primary focus will be to cultivate new business opportunities and engage with existing clients to enhance sales of our products and services. You will typically concentrate on local market accounts and prospects, with potential oversight of a select number of key accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify appropriate products or assist clients in making informed product selections based on their needs, product specifications, and relevant regulations.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms of sale, and service agreements effectively.
  • Ensure exceptional post-sales satisfaction by fostering positive, long-term relationships, maximizing the potential for repeat business.
  • Develop account and territory strategies on an annual, quarterly, and monthly basis.
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to less experienced sales representatives as necessary.

Candidate Qualifications

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Strong skills in relationship building, active listening, persuasion, negotiation, and time management.
  • Knowledge of principles and methods for promoting and selling products or services, including marketing strategies, product demonstrations, sales techniques, and sales control systems.
  • Understanding of customer service principles and processes, including needs assessment, quality standards, and customer satisfaction evaluation.
  • Proficient in both written and verbal communication.
  • Intermediate knowledge of industry and product specifics.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management software.
