About the Role

Brandt is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team in Edmonton. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales of heavy equipment and machinery in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Business Development
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow sales of heavy equipment and machinery in your territory.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities.
    • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Product Knowledge and Support
    • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends.
    • Provide technical support and training to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Customer Service and Support
    • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Travel and Administration
    • Travel throughout your assigned territory to meet with customers and prospects.
    • Manage travel expenses and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
  • Experience
    • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the heavy equipment or machinery industry.
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong business acumen and sales skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, marketing, sales).
  • Language
    • Fluency in English and French is an asset.
