Position Overview

We are in search of a Director to oversee our Talent Management & Organizational Effectiveness division, spearheading the enhancement of global talent strategies and employee engagement as we progress towards managing $1 trillion in assets. This role necessitates close collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders to fulfill our strategic goals.

Reporting to the Managing Director of TM&OE, the Director will be tasked with executing top-tier talent management and organizational effectiveness initiatives that align with our objectives. The focus of this position is on nurturing the development, engagement, and preparedness of employees and leaders to address the future demands of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of professionals to advance talent management initiatives
  • Collaborate with various partners to deploy effective talent programs and processes
  • Redesign and implement a global competency framework and integrate it into talent management practices
  • Execute a global listening strategy to gather insights and drive engagement initiatives
  • Leverage analytics to provide data-driven insights that support strategic objectives
  • Advise on organizational design, change management, and other talent initiatives

Qualifications:

  • 8-10 years of experience in developing global talent management programs
  • Degree in a relevant field, professional designation, or coaching accreditation preferred
  • Proven expertise in project management and change initiatives
  • Strong relationship-building and influencing capabilities
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data effectively
  • Stay updated on global trends and leading practices
  • Ability to identify business needs and deliver talent solutions
  • Skilled in fostering diverse relationships across all organizational levels
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
