About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Work and Rewards Analyst to join our team at Willis Towers Watson. As a Work and Rewards Analyst, you will play a key role in designing and implementing compensation and benefits strategies for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with consultants and clients to design and implement compensation and benefits strategies that attract, reward, and retain top talent.
  • Conduct competitive benchmarking analyses to ensure that our clients' reward programs are competitive and aligned with industry standards.
  • Perform industry and financial research to stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in compensation and benefits.
  • Develop and analyze financial models to determine the financial impact of different compensation and benefits strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement total rewards strategies that meet our clients' business objectives.
  • Communicate complex compensation and benefits information to clients and stakeholders through clear and concise reports and presentations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in business, economics, finance, mathematics, statistics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
