At WTW, we're seeking a talented Work and Rewards Analyst to join our team. As a Work and Rewards Analyst, you'll work closely with our top consultants to develop cutting-edge technical knowledge and skills, while gaining experience working with a variety of clients across industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with consultants and clients to design philosophies and strategies to attract, reward, and retain talent
  • Help clients ensure their reward programs are competitive by performing benchmarking analyses
  • Conduct industry and financial research to inform reward strategies
  • Stay up-to-date on legal, regulatory, and legislative trends affecting corporate governance and compensation
  • Model pay structures and conduct financial impact analyses of alternative designs
  • Develop, analyze, and calibrate executive and broad-based incentive plan designs
  • Draft documents presenting analytical work to client audiences
  • Value equity awards through financial formulas
  • Identify process improvements to increase efficiency within client teams

We align executive and broad employee pay, benefits, and other rewards with the interests of our clients' stakeholders. Our team consults on corporate governance, legislative and regulatory trends, performance analysis, risk management, and compensation plan design/calibration, among others.
