At WTW, we're seeking a talented Work and Rewards Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Work & Rewards team, you'll work closely with top consultants to develop cutting-edge technical knowledge and skills, while gaining experience working with a variety of clients across industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with consultants and clients to design philosophies and strategies to attract, reward, and retain talent.
  • Help clients ensure their reward programs are competitive by performing benchmarking analyses.
  • Conduct industry and financial research to inform compensation and benefits decisions.
  • Stay up-to-date on legal, regulatory, and legislative trends affecting corporate governance and compensation.
  • Model pay structures and conduct financial impact analyses of alternative designs.
  • Develop, analyze, and calibrate executive and broad-based incentive plan designs.
  • Draft documents presenting analytical work to client audiences.
  • Value equity awards using financial formulas.
  • Identify process improvements to increase efficiency within client teams.
