About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Work & Rewards Analyst to join our team at WTW. As a Work & Rewards Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting our clients in defining work and rewards strategies that align with their business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with consultants and clients to design and implement reward programs that attract, retain, and motivate top talent.
  • Conduct competitive benchmarking analyses to ensure that our clients' reward programs are competitive and aligned with industry standards.
  • Perform industry and financial research to stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in work and rewards.
  • Develop and analyze financial models to assess the impact of different reward program designs on our clients' business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement total rewards strategies that support our clients' business objectives.
  • Communicate complex technical information to clients and stakeholders through clear and concise written and verbal reports.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance, mathematics, statistics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues at all levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
