  • Keep abreast of legal, regulatory, and legislative trends that relate to corporate governance and compensation.
  • Model pay structures and conduct financial impact analyses of alternative designs.
  • Develop, analyze, and calibrate executive and broad-based incentive plan designs that support companies' business strategies.
  • Draft documents presenting the team's analytical work to client audiences.
  • Value equity awards through the application of financial formulas.
  • Identify ways to improve processes within client teams.
