About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Work & Rewards Analyst to join our team at Willis Towers Watson. As a Work & Rewards Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting our clients in designing and implementing effective work and rewards strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with Clients and Consultants: Collaborate with clients and consultants to design and implement work and rewards strategies that align with their business objectives.
  • Competitive Benchmarking: Conduct competitive benchmarking analyses to ensure that our clients' reward programs are competitive and aligned with industry standards.
  • Industry and Financial Research: Conduct industry and financial research to stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in work and rewards.
  • Legal and Regulatory Compliance: Stay abreast of legal and regulatory trends that impact work and rewards, and ensure that our clients' programs are compliant.
  • Pay Structure Modeling: Model pay structures and conduct financial impact analyses to help our clients design and implement effective pay programs.
  • Incentive Plan Design: Design and implement executive and broad-based incentive plans that align with our clients' business objectives.
  • Communication and Presentation: Develop and present analytical work to client audiences, and draft documents to communicate our findings and recommendations.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in business, economics, finance, mathematics, statistics, or a related field, with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
  • Work Experience: Work experience that demonstrates strong technical and client service skills, preferably in an analyst role.
  • Technical Skills: Strong financial literacy, excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel, and excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Personal Qualities: Passion for solving problems, ability to work independently and collaboratively, and a self-starter mentality.
