Key Responsibilities:- Partner with the US & Canada Leadership Team to set objectives and ensure Canadian business goals are seamlessly integrated.
- Lead talent planning, talent acquisition, and learning & development initiatives to build a strong, diverse workforce and cultivate future leaders.
- Develop and implement strategies to foster a positive and engaging work environment through effective communication, policies, and practices.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and development to your HRBP Manager and lead your team in delivering top-notch HR solutions and services.
- Stay up-to-date on Canadian HR regulations and partner with the legal team to mitigate risks and ensure compliance.
- Proven track record in HR leadership with a strong understanding of talent management, performance management, and leadership development.
- Experience building and leading HR teams.
- Demonstrated ability to partner strategically with business leaders to achieve common goals.
- Passion for building a diverse and inclusive workplace.
- Commitment to being in the office 3 days a week for collaboration.
- 12 additional paid holidays per year.
- ~ Day 1 Medical/Dental/Vision eligibility with up to 80% coverage.
