Position Overview

The Event Coordinator at World of Advertising Inc. will be responsible for overseeing and executing a variety of events. This role requires a blend of creativity, organization, and management skills to ensure successful event outcomes.

Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience: 3 to 5 years in event planning or a related field
Key Responsibilities
  • Formulate marketing and communication strategies for events
  • Design media plans and manage public relations efforts
  • Recruit, train, and oversee event staff and volunteers
  • Prepare and manage event budgets
  • Coordinate logistics including shipping, receiving, and storage
  • Oversee the planning and execution of conferences and meetings
  • Manage media services and confirm speakers
  • Set up and oversee multimedia equipment for events
  • Organize trade shows and exhibitions
  • Establish schedules, goals, and objectives for events
  • Create registration systems and informational materials
  • Research and design unique event programs
  • Plan social events and guest engagement activities
  • Develop policies and procedures related to event management
  • Identify staffing needs for events
