Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Technical Coordinator to join our team at CanTech Diamonds Inc. As a Technical Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events, as well as managing contracts, scheduling appointments, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Coordination: Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion.
  • Contract Management: Manage contracts, including scheduling appointments, negotiating terms, and ensuring compliance.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support, including data entry, record-keeping, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and work under pressure.
