About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our team at World of Advertising Inc. As an Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning and executing various events and conferences, ensuring seamless execution and exceeding client expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Planning: Develop and implement event concepts, themes, and logistics, including venue selection, catering, and audio-visual requirements.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Create and execute marketing strategies to promote events, including social media, email marketing, and print materials.
  • Client Management: Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver exceptional event experiences.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure event success.
  • Financial Management: Manage event budgets, including vendor contracts, catering, and audio-visual expenses.
  • Logistics and Coordination: Oversee event setup, registration, and on-site operations, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as event management, marketing, or hospitality.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in event planning, marketing, or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Work Environment

The Event Coordinator will work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent travel to event locations. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
