Event Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our team at World of Advertising Inc. As an Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning and executing various events and conferences that align with our company's goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Event Planning: Develop and implement event plans, including marketing and communication strategies, to ensure successful execution.
- Logistics and Coordination: Coordinate with vendors, speakers, and attendees to ensure smooth event operations.
- Budget Management: Prepare and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to company guidelines.
- Communication: Develop and disseminate event information to attendees, stakeholders, and team members.
- Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during event planning and execution.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as event management, marketing, or business administration.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in event planning, marketing, or a related field.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
The Event Coordinator will work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and a high level of attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
